The creator of the hit TV series "The Girls," Lena Dunham, recently posted a picture on Instagram to show off her weight loss progress through the Tracy Anderson Method. According to US Magazine, Dunham, who also stars in "The Girls," ran into a bit of a problem right before her workout session on Monday, May 11.
Dunham forgot to bring her workout clothes and had to borrow a pair of small yoga pants, which surprisingly fit. She posted a picture of herself wearing the pants on Instagram.

She captioned the picture, "Late to @tracyandersonmethod & forgot my workout clothes so had to snag a size large bra and size small pants (wrong in myriad ways.) But do we soldier on? Yes, yes we do because we want to be a strong & happy lady #largebrasmallpantscantlose."
Dunham has been following the Tracy Anderson Method workouts for her weight loss. In addition, the TV star does acro-yoga which is a combination of yoga and acrobatics, explains Celebrity Health Fitness.
Anderson is a celebrity trainer who works with Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Lopez. She believes women should have long, lean muscles and promotes lifting light weights at high repetitions.
Anderson's diet secrets, which Dunham presumably sticks to, is simple and easy to follow. She suggests limiting the intake of processed junk food, eating organic as much as possible and not overeating, report Celebrity Fitness.
The Anderson diet does not promote calorie restriction or detox juices, unlike many other diet programs. Anderson believes that calorie counting and detoxifying juices do not successfully keep the weight off long-term.
Celebrity Health Fitness reports that Dunham was a couch potato in the past and one who particularly hated working out. However, she had a change of heart and decided to live a healthier lifestyle. Dunham stated that exercising offered some relief from her depression, anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder, reports Celebrity Health Fitness.
She said, "Promised myself I would not let exercise be the first thing to go by the wayside when I got busy with 'Girls' season 5 and here is why: it has helped with my anxiety in ways I never dreamed possible."
"To those struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression: I know it's mad annoying when people tell you to exercise, and it took me about 16 medicated years to listen. I'm glad I did. It ain't about **ss, it's about the brain," Dunham added.
