"Friends" star Jennifer Aniston took to Instagram to give fans a sneak peak at some of her diet and exercise secrets.
According to US Weekly, the "Cake" star recently took over Living Proof's Instagram account and revealed the things she usually does on a daily basis.
Aniston, 46, looks just as good as she did in her twenties. As part of a partnership with beauty brand Living Proof, she gave fans a glimpse on what it's like to be her.
The A-list celebrity started off the day with a healthy breakfast consisting of toast topped with a poached egg served with tomatoes and sliced avocado on the side, states Marie Claire.

Brooke Alpert, Chief Nutrition Officer for Selvera, commented on Aniston's meals, reports Hollywood Life.
Referring to the meals the actress posted on Instagram, Alpert wrote: "Both of these are super healthy and satisfying, which is the key to sticking to a healthy eating plan long term."
Alperts noted that Anitson's breakfast was packed with protein, fat and fiber, which are not easily digested and leaves the body feeling full for longer periods of time. Having just two of those components—protein, fat and fiber—already comprise a healthy meal.
Aniston's lunch is filled with protein and fat as well. The pistachios, beans and fat in the feta have plenty of protien. Then, there's fiber in everything else that was found in Aniston's bulgur salad.
In addition, the mint, onions and parsley in the salad gave it a lot of flavor without having to add sugar. Alpert says herbs and spices "are great ways to add tons of flavorto a meal without causing any sugar crashes!"
According to Perez Hilton, Aniston spoke about her own diet saying: "I stick to a low-carb diet with lots of protein and vegetables. I love brown-rice bread - it's really good for you. Just put a little coconut oil and sea salt on top. Delicious."
Interestingly, Hollywood Take has learned that Aniston considers Sunday as her cheat day.
As for her workout methods, Aniston told Women's Health: "I have a lot of favorite workouts. I love cycling, I love yoga of course, and I recently started doing barre method - which is painful and hard. Variety is the key for me."
