Michael Schumacher Condition Update: F1 Driver Speaking His First Words Not True, Says Wife

Corinna Schumacher, wife of former Formula 1 champ Michael Schumacher, has sued three tabloids for spreading false news concerning her famous husband's medical condition.
According to Telegraph UK, Corinna has filed a legal complaint at the regional court in Munich against three gossip magazines: Brunte, Freizeit Revue and Freisziet Spaß.
Brunte apparently released reports that misinformed the public about the current health status of the legendary F1 racer. The tabloid had written in its publication that Schumacher had opened his eyes and "feels again Corinna's love."
On the other hand, Freizeit Revue claimed that the F1 racing champ had actually said his first words since coming out of a coma. It went one to say that he could "apparently already speak in a fragmented way."
Meanwhile, Freiziet Spaß published a story with a headline claiming that Schumacher was receiving "special therapy."
However, the actual article did not report on any therapy used to treat Schumacher. Freisziet Spaß's article focused on possible rehabilitation treatments for patients in a coma.
According to the Munich court, the article misled readers into thinking that a special form of therapy was developed to treat Schumacher's condition specifically.
Meanwhile, in the Munich court's perspective, Brunte magazine violated Schumacher's privacy by publishing reports that were "subject of speculative hope and voyeuristic observation."
In addition, the court declared that Freiziet Revue not only violated the champion driver's privacy, but also violated his dignity.
As of now, the final legal judgment for the case is still pending. But Corinna has already won a small victory in her lawsuit.
The court has since legally banned any unofficial public reports that focus on the the ex-F1 driver, reports K Pop Starz.
The site adds that fans of the F1 driver are still "pining" for his full recovery. The #KeepFightingMichael is still constantly being used on Twitter.
Michael Schumacher is a multi-champion F1 race driver. Gospel Herald reports that he has won seven world titles in total. He won five of his titles between 2000-2004 while signed with Ferrari, and the other two of his titles with Benetton between 1994-1995.
In 2013, Schumacher met a terrible ski accident that put him into a coma. He has came out of a coma, but has yet to fully recover.
While her husband is recovering, Corinna has taken over his $700-million business. Despite their massive empire, Corinna has still had to sell some family properties in order to presumably pay for her husband's medical bills, including a $39 million private jet and their holiday home.
