James Franco has always been vocal about his admiration for Lana Del Ray. Recently, it looks like the actor, producer and director will be making it official by writing a book about the pop star.

Variety writes that Franco will pen a 100-page novel with bestselling author David Shields entitled "Flip-Side: Real and Imaginary Conversations With Lana Del Rey." Penguin Random House will release the book by March 15, 2016.

The book has started off as a joke, when Franco candidly said in an interview that he has always wanted to write a book for Del Rey. The singer reportedly has answered that it's better for Franco to write it without interviewing her as he'll most likely make a wonderful job.

NY Daily News adds that the book will cover photos of Del Rey, Franco and Del Rey's selfies together, and will also include actual and imaginary conversations between the two.

Although Del Rey has noted she'll rather have Franco do all the writing and lines, Franco noted on Instagram that he has interviewed the singer for V Magazine's September issue.

In related news, it looks like book author is not the only title James Franco wishes to add to his already impressive curriculum vitae, as the actor appears to be after Kit Harington's role!

E! Online reports that the actor has released a teaser for the second season of his AOL web series, "Making a Scene with James Franco," which shows the actor looking a lot like Jon Snow. Franco is seen sporting Snow's hair while sitting on the iron throne.

Franco also posted on Instagram a photo that makes him look the part! He has aptly captioned it: "TBT to when I took the Black. 'You know nothing, John Snow.' Yeah, I know baby, I know."

Ever since the release of the teaser and now the photo, fans of "Game of Thrones" are now speculating if he'll be permanently playing the role, probably rising Jon Snow from the dead?

The Hollywood Reporter adds that Franco's web series has began airing since last year, and has featured a mash up of several movies like the "Taxi Driver," "Reservoir Dogs" and "Dirty Dancing." It has been such a hit that season two is already in the works, as proven by the teaser. Franco has yet to announce a premier date for the web series but has stated it will focus on mash ups involving TV shows.
