Will Smith, Jada Pinkett Smith Divorce Rumors: Couple Allegedly Splitting After 17 Years of Marriage

It looks like divorce rumors are haunting Will and Jada Pinkett Smith again for the fourth year in a row, allegedly stating that the two are quietly planning to file for divorce after 17 years of marriage.

Radar Online reports that an insider has informed the magazine that the couple has been holding it together and is just showing the public a happy couple façade to hide what has been really going on in their marriage. The source claimed that Will and Jada are just trying to take things slow but will soon announce their divorce at the end of summer. Furthermore, the source said they have already choreographed a confidential settlement in order to protect their kids, Jaden and Willow, and their fortune amounting to $240 million.

The rumors have began in 2011, when Jada has allegedly cheated on Will with her costar Marc Anthony while doing HawthoRNe. Then, the rumors have persisted when Will has been photographed without his wedding ring in 2013 and infidelity news have surfaced in 2014, linking him to his Suicide Squad costar Margot Robbie. This has further escalated when Jada has said in an interview that Will is a grown man and she is not his watcher.

However, New York Daily News also writes that both Will and Jada have denied the rumors, with Will taking his sentiments on Facebook. The actor has posted that he and Jada are not getting a divorce anytime soon and should it happen, he will be the one to inform everybody.

Jada has also addressed the rumors last June, during an interview with Howard Stern. She said she will not allow the lies to affect their marriage. She also shared Will's statement via Twitter with the tweet, "My king has spoken." to finally put all the rumors to rest.

Willow Smith, the daughter of Will and Jada, has joined in the defense when she tweeted: "The media thinks my parents are getting divorced like every second hahaha!", Gossip Cop reports.
