Khloe Kardashian has been looking totally fabulous, and after telling the world about her 35-lb weight loss through the social media vehicle, Instagram, it's her trainer's turn to spill the beans.
According to Hollywood Life, Khloe's trainer, Gunnar Peterson, said he and the reality star has been training for three years in the gym five times a week. Peterson said the star never skips a gym workout because it seems as the she is in love with fitness and what it does to her body.
Peterson also explained that he rarely make KoKo do the same workout because that is the secret to their training success - the switching of sessions and doing a variety of exercises to keep her motivated, avoiding burnout and boredom. Furthermore, KoKo's trainer admitted to increasing the intensity of every motion, interval and duration, making Khloe lift weights, jog around, do lunges, and to speed up the process as well.
The Mirror UK adds that the reality star did not only intensified her workout regimen but has also changed up her diet to further improve the results. Peterson shared that KoKo tightens her diet as her fitness regimen changes. She makes sure that she chooses the right option when it comes to picking up what she eats, improving her sleeping habits, and keeping herself hydrated all the time.
Daily Mail UK writes that when the star stepped out last Tuesday, her almost impossible to miss behind and sexy curve have been the only subject of paparazzi's snaps. All her diet changes and workouts have paid off, with Peterson pushing intensive heart rate exercises and lower extremities concentration the next. KoKo also does boxing in addition to her already loaded and hard workout regimen.
In an Instagram post, KoKo shared her cover for the magazine Women's Health, where she displays her beautiful curves and tells about her amazing weight loss journey, keeping her head high against all her haters who used to call her "the fat one."
