Cancer is the second leading cause of death in the U.S. today. And in 21 states, it has overtaken heart disease as the number one killer. On the bright side of things, the number of cancer deaths have steadily dropped in recent years, according to the American Cancer Society.
Today, there are less American men diagnosed with prostate cancer in the country. But, while the decline can be seen as a welcome development, two studies by the American Cancer Society have also hinted that it may not be necessary because there are fewer men having prostate cancer and it could only pose more health risk in the long run.
