Green Car journal, a magazine recognized for its commitment on the intersection of automobiles, energy and the environment since its launch in 1992, has once again handed out its eponymic award and named the 2016 Chevrolet Volt the "Green Car of the Year," at a press conference at the LA Auto Show on Nov. 19.
