Hudson shares that she maintains her trim physique by eating a low-carb, alkaline diet to keep her healthy as much as possible, Celebrity Health & Fitness reports. The actress shares that she has completely removed dairy, wheat, meat and sugar from her diet and as a result, she has lost about 70 pounds since she gave birth to her youngest son Bingham in 2011. The mother of two also swears off wine and beer but admits to drinking vodka and tequila from time to time.
The actress also shared her favorite breakfast, which is soft boiled eggs, to start her day right.
Besides her diet, the actress works out to stay in shape, crediting Brazilian butt workouts and regular weekly exercise to keep her fit, The Mirror UK writes. Hudson gets her "fitspiration" from her girlfriend and personal trainer Angi Greene, occasionally posting on social media their exercise regimen.

Hudson believes that the reason why she doesn't get workout burnout is because she takes it easy and avoids pushing herself too hard. The "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days" star shares it's okay to exercise to maintain good health, but its better to have some fun, enjoy life, and take everything in moderation.
The "Almost Famous" actress also shares her love of fitness and exercise to her fans by creating her own line of workout clothes "Fabletics", which offers hot pants and sports bra among other things.
Last month, People Magazine shared a clip of Hudson training for a triathlon, an indication that the actress loves to try new things when it comes to fitness. Hudson has previously shared her desire to do a sprint triathlon and this is clearly her way of testing if she can do it.

The magazine even asked celebrity trainer Derek DeGrazio to explain what Hudson was doing in the video. "It looks like some type of body buffer, like an electric foam roller," he said. DeGrazio believes this could be a device to help improve blood flow, muscle health and blood circulation.
