LA Bloggers Reveal Their Workouts -- Get a #BloggerBod Today!

Bloggers from Los Angeles are setting a new trend on social media. Foregoing the #OOTD (Outfit of the Day) posts, they're posting photos of their athletic wear and any activity they do that relates to fitness. These bloggers are also a setting a #BloggerBod trend and you can pick up a few tips from their fitness regimen below:

Yoga

How You Glow bloggers Jessie Groveman and Tara Sowalty practice yoga in a Venice studio. The routines include a lot of stretching exercises that help with core strengthening. The girls also love going to the classes for its "powerful teaching," per Racked L.A.

Chanelle Laurance of The Penelope Times goes to two different studios for her yoga classes. One provides an intense workout, while the other rejuvenates her. She claims she is addicted to both classes.

Yoga Sculpt

Fashion blogger and model Marta Pozzan of It's Super Fashion attends a Yoga Sculpt class at a studio in Beverly Hills. The workout combines "cardio and static movements," which supposedly aids in boosting the body's metabolism.

Personal Trainer

Courtney Trop of the blog Always Judging has a personal trainer, Jake Lockett. Three or four times a week, the pair does circuit training at the Poinsetta Park. Courtney believes that aside from helping her develop a toned body, the one-on-one sessions with her personal trainer has helped achieve specific fitness goals better.

Pilates

Style blogger Jenny Benheim of Margo & Me is into Pilates at a West Hollywood studio. She loves the workout because it lets her tone and detox her body at the same time, so that she keeps a beach-ready body all the time.

Vision Los Angeles muse Lauren Hastings is also into Pilates, which she credits to helping her achieve pre-baby body after pregnancy.

Ballet Body

Racked L.A.'s senior editor Natalie Alcala does a ballet body workout. She says it makes her feel long and lean. The bonus is that workouts are done with classical ballet music and modern music at the studio she goes to in Los Angeles.

Pop Physique

Another Racked LA editor, Ashley Tibbits, attends a Pop Physique class in North Hollywood.  The classes is more into cardio, and she describes it as "barre-meets-kids-dance-class with an insane playlist."

Gold Barre

Sophie Jaffe of The Philosophie goes to a Gold Barre class at a studio where she is a long-time member. The barre class is supposedly inspired by an Olympic figure skater.
