In the afternoon, replace your caffeine addiction with another drink that has antioxidants like green tea. You don't want to more coffee during this time because it will only make you anxious and unfocused. Green tea is a good alternative because it is packed with catechins, which is good for the liver.
During lunchtime, don't forget to put some vegetables on your plate. Diet should be balance. A person should not have an all meat lunch and an all meat dinner. There should be a little of everything to make sure the body gets all the right amount of nutrients.
During nighttime, stay away from alcohols. Skip the late night parties and gatherings at the bar, alcohol will not do anything good to your body. It only ruins your sleeping habit.
If you feel a bit hungry at night, get an all-natural dessert. You don't need anything that looks delicious but loaded with sugar and other chemicals that can destroy your diet.
Make sure you drink a lot of water for the body to properly rehydrate.
End your day by sleeping early and make sure you get at least 7 hours of rest.
