Alessandra Ambrosio Diet: Model Flaunts Bikini Bod in Brazil, Exercise Tips Revealed

Victoria Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio was spotted enjoying the sun while in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on June 3.
The 34-year-old looked amazing in a teal bikini and was joined with filmmaker Raul Guterres on Copacabana Beach, reported Just Jared. In addition to showing off her toned body in the two-piece, she wore her hair down and topped off the look with shades.
The model chose a bikini that had a decorated halterneck strap along with a waistband with a fringed design. She then shared a photo over Instagram that showed her covering up her top with a loose, printed top that emphasized her long-legs and the picturesque view behind her.
The model-turned actress is set to star in a Brazilian soap opera "Verdades Secretas" (Secrets and Lies), shared Mail Online.
Alessandra's Easy Exercises
Earlier this week, E! Online reported the different exercises that she does to keep her body ready for the runway.
The exercises shared by the celebrity are basic leg movements that can be done by anyone in their own because it doesn't require the use of any equipment. The routine includes a variety of lunges, leg lifts and toe taps that workout the entire leg in one go.
For those interested in getting Alessandra's legs but are worried about the time it would take, the entertainment outlet adds that the entire routine isn't heavy on the schedule. At most it would take people 15-20 minutes and can be fit into anyone's busy day.
In addition, an earlier feature by Glamour Magazine last year had the model outline what one of her days was like to give fans and idea how celebrities stay healthy even with hectic schedules. It was revealed that Alessandra is a breakfast and coffee person that enjoys pilates group exercises.
Her day typically starts at 7:30 A.M. and she allots 30 minutes of "me" time to catch up on her day's activities. She will then have a healthy breakfast with her family before dropping of the kids at their school or playgroup.
She has a pilates workout, grabs coffee after wards and does some work. Following this, it's kids time with lunch in between she prepares dinner and plans for her night out. Ambrosio shares she enjoys Japanese food and tries to be home at a decent hour when she has an early morning schedule.
