Why Bunny Yoga Could be Mainstream Pretty Soon

People have discovered several bizarre ways to exercise. Some are said to be effective; some are just for fun while there are some that were simply forgotten because they were not fun and effective enough.
There are people who prefer yoga rather than spending hours at the gym and some of them are trying different things to make it interesting. There are those who do "topless" yoga, some find circus-like yoga to be fun, while others stay with the conventional practice.
A certain Sunberry Gym in Richmond British Columbia in Canada invented the incredibly cute way to do yoga. They call it, the bunny yoga. As soon as people heard about it, the public showed interest. Unfortunately, there is only one facility that offers this amazing practice.
If you are one of those people who find their 2015 regimen boring and hope to discover a new routine that would rebuild motivation, this is the best time to contact the nearest yoga facility and ask about the new fitness trend in town.
The main purpose of Sunberry Gym is to raise money for a once popular rabbit charity called Bandaids for Bunnies, which has been totally forgotten by many people, according to a report by Independent.
The charity group is also the one who would supply the bunnies to the facility during every session.
According to BuzzFeed, the Bunny Yoga was created after one of the students at the gym brought up the idea to bring several rabbits. The student happened to be a volunteer at the charity.
"She said it as a joke but we actually took it really seriously," said Julia Zu, owner of Sunberry Gym.
The routine is basically just traditional yoga, except that there are a bunch of rabbits playing around. It may sound like a mess to some people but yogis in the area found it interesting. Many have already signed up and the gym is already thinking of a new idea how to accommodate all participants.
The rabbits appear to be cautious when they see the people preparing to start the session but, as soon as the yogis start with their pose, they all go running around in excitement.
"They like to choose their human. You'll have two or three girls in the room and the bunnies really like their mats," Zu believed. "One girl in the room had five bunnies on her mat. She couldn't even do her poses."
